EMO ‘YA M’MBEMBE M’MBONDO USA (EMMUS) is a non-profit organization founded in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. But the headquarters will be relocated to a different State following the election of the new General Chairman of the organization.
The organization cut across the US and represented by the state chairmen in more than forty states. EMMUS is designed and operated exclusively for social, educational, philanthropic, cultural and charitable purposes in accordance with the meaning of 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Authorit

Message of hope from our Federal Chairperson
As Emo ‘Ya M’mbembe M’mbondo United States, we believe in humanity. We stand with the people living in harsh conditions, families displaced due to wars, people living in hunger striken regions. We stand to help them.
We recognize the rich cultural values of the people of M’mbembe M’mbondo, and we bring all the girls and boys of M’mbembe M’mbondo together to live in unity as one.
For us to achieve humanitarian work and support, we appreciate your help to reach more people. Your donations will help and support us reach more people with food and all necessities needed.

Our Programmes @Glance
Fizi Development
Community mobilization is another activity done within the projects, programs and portfolios of the organization Provision of assistance to the elders, people with chronical diseases and other disadvantaged people across all of our locations and the Democratic republic of Congo (Fizi territory). Come together, conferences, discussions, conference calls, interregional, interstate visits and exchanges. The organization conduct weekly, monthly meetings through conference call, skype or zoom and other electronic means to exchange strategies to deal with different challenges facing its beneficiaries
Social Protection
Citizenship education is another activity done within the organization so that to help our community with patriotic spirit in whichever land they live at. Advocacy: Any reported abuse in our community requires legal intervention. Typical cases include Illegal acts to our clients such as any type of harassment, abuse and neglects. The organization stands with the victim in collaboration with attorneys and other useful professionals. Education on Driver license: The organization disposes different centers whereby they help refugees and other target groups to be trained and obtain their driver license in their respective regions and countries.
Research, Media and Publication
It focuses on ongoing research for different issues affecting the wellbeing of our communities, information about diverse circumstances and broadcast news corresponding to issues. Different activities such as the installation of radio and TV stations in the country and areas of actions, conducting research and writing books about diverse issues..
Economic Development
Transportation: The organization offers transportation services to disadvantaged families so that they have access to the services at right time. it helps them with free transportation to various sensitive appointments, foods stores, work and other areas deemed necessary to satisfy their basic needs. Other services include driving assistance and self-reliance education Translation and interpretation.
